Product Description
Renew's RL8 series micro limit switches are more durable and more resistant to harsh environments, with a mechanical life of up to 10 million operations. This is a big advantage they have over standard switches, which is the main reason heavy equipment chooses them. With a flexible spring rod, wire tip coil wobble limit switches can be operated in multiple directions (except axial directions), accommodating misalignment. It’s perfectly suitable for detecting objects that approach from various angles. Plastic tip and wire tip are available for various applications.

Application
Renew’s miniature limit switches play a critical role in ensuring the safety, precision, and reliability of various devices across different fields. Here are some popular or potential application.

These limit switches are commonly used in packaging machinery in modern warehouses and smart factories to detect irregularly shaped packages moving on conveyor belts. A flexible rod is bent into the shape of the package to trigger the switch. They can also be used in robotics and automation systems to detect the end position of robot arms or moving parts that may not be perfectly aligned every time.
