Product Description
Designed with a hysteresis as small as 0.008 mm [0.0003 in], Renew pin plunger basic switches may be used in applications where very tight and sensitive control is required between the operate and release points. Internal flat spring design delivers optimum performance and switch reliability. It’s recommended for short, straight-line stroke actions, commonly used in precision devices and sensors.

Application
Renew’s basic switches play a critical role in ensuring the safety, precision, and reliability of various devices across different fields. Here are some popular or potential application.
Sensors and monitoring devices
Often used in industrial-grade sensors and monitoring devices to control pressure and flow by serving as a snap-action mechanism within the devices.
Medical instrumentation
In medical and dental equipment, often used in foot switches to precisely control the operation of dental drills and to adjust the positioning of examination chairs.
Industrial Machinery
Used in machine tools to limit the maximum movement for pieces of equipment, and to detect the position of workpieces, ensuring precise positioning and safe operation during processing.
