Product Description

Renew’s RL7 series horizontal limit switches are designed for greater durability and resistance to harsh environments, up to 10 million operations of mechanical life, making them suitable for critical and heavy-duty roles where normal basic switches could not be used. The hinge lever actuator switch offers extended reach and flexibility in actuation, allowing for easy activation and is perfect for applications where space constraints or awkward angles make direct actuation difficult. The length of the lever can be customized to meet different switch applications.

Application

Renew’s horizontal limit switches play a critical role in ensuring the safety, precision, and reliability of various devices across different fields. Here are some popular or potential application.

Hinge Roller Lever Miniature Basic Switch app

Articulated robotic arms and grippers

Integrated into grippers of the robotic arm wrist to sense grip pressure and prevent overextension, as well as integrated into articulated robotic arms for use in control assemblies and provide end-of-travel and grid-style guidance.
