Product Description
Renew’s RL8 series miniature limit switches offer enhanced durability and resistance to harsh environments, with a mechanical life of up to 10 million operations. This makes them ideal for critical and heavy-duty applications where standard basic switches would not suffice. With a flexible spring rod, coil wobble limit switches can be operated in multiple directions (except axial directions), accommodating misalignment. It’s perfectly suitable for detecting objects that approach from various angles. Plastic tip and wire tip are available for various applications.

Application
Renew’s miniature limit switches play a critical role in ensuring the safety, precision, and reliability of various devices across different fields. Here are some popular or potential application.
Warehouse logistics and processes
In modern warehouses and factories, these limit switches may be used in packaging machinery to detect irregularly shaped packages moving on the conveyor. The flexible rod bends to the shape of the package, triggering the switch. They may be also employed in robotics and automated systems to detect the end positions of robotic arms or moving parts that may not align perfectly every time.
