Product Description
Renew’s RL8 series miniature limit switches feature greater durability and resistance to harsh environments, up to 10 million operations of mechanical life, making them suitable for critical and heavy-duty roles where normal basic switches could not be used. Modular actuator head design allows for configurations to meet a variety of application needs. The head can be rotated at 90° increments in one of four directions by loosening the black head mounting screw. The rod can be set to different lengths and angles to accommodate various applications.

Application
Renew’s miniature limit switches play a critical role in ensuring the safety, precision, and reliability of various devices across different fields. Here are some popular or potential application.

Warehouse logistics and processes
In a factory setting, limit switches are used to monitor the position of items on a conveyor belt. When an item reaches a specific point, the roller lever switch is actuated, sending a signal to the control system. This can trigger actions such as stopping the conveyor, redirecting items, or initiating further processing steps.
